Corporate Office-Chapel Hill
Works in conjunction with the Human Resources Director to organize and implement human resources administration functions in the Human Resources department and across the organization at large.  Assists in the facilitation of Human Resources sponsored programs to include but not limited to recruitment and retention, onboarding, leave management, training and development, benefits and compensation and regulated programs.. Performs administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature in support of departmental activities and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.   
Education:  Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:  At least 5 years work experience in Human Resources.

Requires Frequent sitting for long periods, operation of standard office machines and computer.  May require lifting of up to 25 pounds.  Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.  Requires the use of office equipment, such as computer terminals, telephones and copiers.  Requires normal vision. Work is performed in an office environment.  Some travel to the centers.  Contact with staff, patients and external clients and vendors.
