Job Summary:

Cross trained to perform the following functions for patient check-in, registration, billing, referral, medical records and appointment scheduling. Provides excellent customer service.

MINIMUM HIRING QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma 
Current/valid License: Not Applicable
Experience: One to two years of customer service in a dental health care setting preferred. Excellent communication skills required. English & Spanish speaking preferred.
