 PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR - SCHEDULING HUB

JOB SUMMARY

The Patient Care Coordinatior will work in a professional scheduling hub environment. Will perform the following functions:  appointment scheduling, patient-check-in, registration and referral management. This job includes a significant amount of call volume and incumbent must be able to manage multiple windows and provide excellent customer service. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma.
Current/valid License: None
Experience: Prefer one to two years of customer service experience within a healthcare setting.
